The live flow

Three steps.
One continuous conversation.

01

Hear the conversation

Your meeting app and microphone provide the context.

Ajenzo captures audio from your meeting app and microphone. Speech recognition runs locally, so you can speak naturally instead of typing a prompt. You choose when listening starts and stops.

02

Find the relevant information

The question guides the search.

Ajenzo recognises a meaningful question or detail and searches the sources you connect. It can start looking before the question is complete and searches several sources in parallel. It aims to bring in useful context, not to interrupt for every sentence.

03

Bring the answer into view

The fact comes first; the wording can follow.

A short card gives you the retrieved detail and its source. Where useful, a suggested response follows the first answer. A follow-up suggestion or a factual check helps when a question is missing or something doesn’t match.

Built for the moment

The answer first.
The wording after.

Ajenzo can begin searching while a question is still being spoken. Useful results are considered as they arrive, so the first answer doesn’t have to wait for every source.

The answer and the suggested wording can arrive separately. Ajenzo shows the sourced fact while it prepares how you could say it. Timing depends on the question and the sources involved.

The demonstrations on this website run more slowly so you can follow each step. They illustrate the workflow rather than measure a live session.
