How it works
01 · The question

The answer exists.
Somewhere.

In a document. In an earlier conversation. In the knowledge your team has already collected. When a customer asks, finding it can take you out of the conversation.

02 · The search

Ajenzo listens
for the question.

Speech recognition runs on your computer. When a meaningful question comes up, Ajenzo looks in the sources you connected. There is no prompt to type.

03 · The answer

Bring it into
the moment.

A short card with the answer, a way to say it and the source it came from. Your attention stays with the person in front of you.

Answer the question while it still matters.

Card layouts follow the Ajenzo app. Conversation text is illustrative. Suggestions and recaps are labelled separately from sourced answers.

Visible sources

See where the answer
comes from.

An answer is more useful when you can check its source. Ajenzo shows the available source reference, so you can decide what to use.

  1. The answer first

One clear line you can use right away.

  2. The detail behind it

The facts that support the answer, kept short.

  3. A way to say it

Suggested wording. You decide whether to use it.

  4. Where it came from

The file, the location in it and when it was last updated.

  5. Your call

Mark it useful or dismiss it. Nothing is sent on your behalf.

Company facts stay sourced

It doesn’t fill the gap with a guess.

Numbers, dates and names about your business come from your connected sources. When Ajenzo explains a general term instead, the card says so, and it never states anything about your company from general knowledge.

Your knowledge

Connect a source.
Start a conversation.

The information already exists. Give it a place in the conversation. Ajenzo reads from the sources you connect and looks for what’s relevant while the discussion is happening.

Documents

Upload PDFs, Word documents and spreadsheets: the stock lists, quotes, specifications and updates your conversations depend on.

Gmail

The promises and decisions already in your correspondence.

Google Calendar

Who you’re meeting and what it’s about.

Google Drive

Shared reference material your team already keeps.

Earlier conversations

What was said last time, so you can pick up the thread.

Your own tools

Custom read-only connections to the systems your work runs on.

Read-only
Privacy & control

Present when it matters.
Quiet when it doesn’t.

Ajenzo is not fully offline. Here is how the current product divides the work, so your team can judge it properly.

On your computer
  • Meeting and microphone audio is captured
  • Speech recognition runs locally
  • You start and stop listening
In the Ajenzo cloud
  • Your connected sources are searched
  • Answers are prepared
  • Uploaded documents, conversations and cards are kept in your account

You have the final word.

Ajenzo suggests. You decide what to say and what to do. Dismiss a card, or mark it useful.

It reads. It doesn’t act.

No emails sent, no records changed. Connections to your own tools are read-only.

No bot in the call.

Nothing joins the meeting. Let the people you speak with know when you use AI.

Good questions

A little more
clarity.

What does Ajenzo do during a conversation?

Ajenzo follows the audio of your meeting app and microphone, recognises when context could help, and searches your connected sources. It shows a short card with an answer, its source and, where useful, a suggested response or follow-up question.

Which computers and meeting apps can I use?

The current app runs on Apple silicon Macs with macOS 14.4 or later. Windows is the next platform we are building. Ajenzo works with meeting audio from apps such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet in the browser. Microphone and system audio permissions are required.

Does a bot join my meeting?

No. Ajenzo uses the audio on your own computer, and you decide when listening starts and stops. Let other participants know when you use AI in a conversation, and follow your organisation’s rules for doing so.

Does everything stay on my computer?

No. Speech recognition runs locally. Relevant transcript text goes to the Ajenzo cloud to search your sources and prepare answers. Uploaded documents are stored there, and your conversations and cards appear in your Ajenzo account.

Can Ajenzo change information in my systems?

No. The current version reads information and suggests what you could say or ask. It does not send messages, update records or take actions in your business systems.

What does it cost?

Individual is €49 per month, Guided is €79 per month with personal setup, and Team is €69 per user per month from three users. Teams can start with a one-month pilot for €237. Prices exclude VAT.

Stay with
the conversation.
